Board of Directors

The current Board of Directors was established in July 2007 and is formed by twelve members, eleven counselors and one non-counselor secretary, which form a diversified group that facilitates the delegation, attendance and adoption of agreements with a minimum quorum guaranteeing multiple and plural presence in the Board of Directors.

The current Chairman of the Board, Mr. Javier Salgado Leirado, is also the CEO of Abengoa Bioenergía.

The current Board members are independent and do not hold any executive position at Abengoa Bioenergy companies, except for the Chairman, as statedabove:
